Western Health - Medical Ambulatory Day Unit is based out of Sunshine Hospital in St Albans. The Medical Ambulatory Day Unit, or MADU unit, is for patients who need treatment for a variety of conditions in hospital, without needing to stay overnight. Patients are referred to MADU for treatment of a variety of conditions including neurological conditions, haematology/oncology conditions, gastroenterological conditions and more.
